Who We Are

Education is what Contents Adjuster Team takes pride in. Our adjusters handle claims by starting with customer education, initial contact, investigation, hands on/eyes on inspection, information gathering, documentation, follow-up, file review, estimate completion and continual customer contact from start to finish. As a result, Insureds learn more about their policy and appreciate that someone took the time to explain it.

Being ahead of loss indemnification is also our primary goal. Those of us who are insured know that we all pay for the cost of insurance claims; our collective premiums make it so. It is for this reason that each adjuster is taught to pay close attention to all payouts involving vendors (mitigation companies, textile cleaning, disposal charges, storage fees, appraisals, moving companies, technician reports on electronic & appliances).

In closing, Contents handing, or personal property claims are a different animal. In that you are dealing intimately with people and their emotional attachment to their belongings. Think for a moment. Is it the building you live in or what’s inside that has the real value? Building materials, bricks, siding, carpet, drywall are just that and can easily be recreated, repeatedly. What’s in a residence means the world to most people and this is where genuine customer service and close attention comes into play.

Our company motto is, “Give it to us, and consider it done.”
