Our adjusters handle claims by starting with customer education, initial contact, investigation, hands on/eyes on inspection, information gathering, documentation, follow-up, file review, estimate completion and continual customer contact from start to finish. As a result, Policyholders learn more about their policy and appreciate that someone took the time to explain it to them.
